You must be 18+ years old to purchase a commission from me.

I reserve the right to refuse to take on a commission for any reason (such as being something I'm not able to do and/or uncomfortable with).

Please have a reference and/or specific idea for me to use. More specificity means I can make higher quality work.

I reserve the right to use, publish, and modify the art I create however I should see fit, such as adding it to my online galleries or social media accounts, etc..

I reserve the right to stream the art process on Twitch, Picarto, or any other streaming platform I use. If you prefer I keep it private, please let me know ahead of time.

I reserve the right to terminate client interaction at any time for any reason should client break professional conduct, or in case of lack of communication. -Some cancellations by the artist may result in refund/partial refund to client, depending on the situation.

No work will be done without full payment. -After coming to an agreement on the contents/features/add-ons of your commission, payment should be sent to reserve your spot in the commission queue and initiate the commission process. Currently, I only accept payment through Paypal. If no payment is sent within 48 hours of the agreement, you will forfeit your reserved spot in the commission queue and will need to reapply for a commission.

I will let you know when I will start your commission. Once approved by the commissioner, this action has begun the sketch phase. There are no more full refunds at this time.

You have 14 days to review and approve a draft, after which if no response is received, communication may lessen as I move on to other commissions. If no response is received within 30 days of my latest reply, no work will continue on your commission. After 60 days of no reply, communication is considered terminated, and you may not request a refund.

Once I have sent the commissioner the final non-watermarked art, I consider work on the piece to be complete. An extra fee will apply if the commissioner wants changes to the final product. This must be paid first before changes are made.

Nobody (this includes the commissioner) has the right to mint NFTs using any art I have created. I will never mint NFTs using my own art.

Commissioned art is for personal use only.

I will send a message to you regarding your commission through a mutual communication method.

Once we have agreed on the commission and prices, I will send my paypal link, through which you will need to pay the total commission price.

I begin the sketch phase soon after, depending on the queue. You will be notified before I start. There are no more full refunds after the sketch phase has begun.

I will send you an initial watermarked sketch of your commission so that you can point out any changes you need.

After you confirm the quality of the modified sketch, you will be given the non-watermarked version of the sketch and the sketch will be considered complete.

Next is the lining phase, then after the rendering phase. Similarly, you will once again receive a watermarked copy to inspect and provide feedback for, and once you've confirmed your satisfaction, you'll receive the non-watermarked version and the artwork will be considered complete. No changes will be done thereafter without an additional fee.

I may post your drawing on my art portfolios and social media accounts within a few days of delivery.
